Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally! If your country is not available in the checkout options, do email me at hello@oatcrafts.com!
How long is the delivery?
Order processing will take around 3 to 5 working days.
For local orders, mailing usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
For International orders, tracked mail will take at least 2 to 4 weeks.(Do expect some delay for overseas shipment) Do note to contact your local post office regarding clearing customs too*
How much does delivery cost?
Local
Tracked Mail via Singpost is $2.80 (not for ceramics)
Standard Courier is at S$3.80
Free mailing for orders above S$60.
International
Shipping fees for tracked mail will be reflected upon checkout.
