This listing is made as a slot booking because you might want to have the creative freedom on how you want it customized!
Upon checking out this listing, you get to reserve a slot to create a customized ceramic. The $40 fee is a lock-in deposit which will be used to offset your final bill. I will contact you in 1-3 days via email regarding your custom request! The final amount will be paid after we've discussed and confirmed the design that you want. Payment will be made via PayNow for local orders / Paypal for international orders.
If you'd typed in the wrong email for me to contact or have not received any follow up email from me after 3 days, please email me at hello@oatcrafts.com with your order number. Do note that if you'd choose to back out of the custom order, the deposit will not be refunded as the slot could have been given to someone else. Thank you for understanding!
